Orquia ("we", "us") is an AI-assisted meal-plan service. This policy explains what we collect and why. Plain language, no tricks.
What we collect
- Account info: your email address. We use passwordless sign-in (a magic link sent to your email), so we never collect or store a password.
- Plan inputs: the details you enter to build a meal plan — age, sex, height, weight, goal, diet preferences, and foods to exclude.
- Your plans: the meal-plan requests you submit and the plans delivered to your dashboard.
That's it. We don't run ads, we don't use ad trackers, and we don't collect payment details — billing isn't live yet (see our Terms).
Why we collect it
- To generate and deliver your personalized meal plans.
- To sign you in and run your account.
Where it lives
Your data is stored with Supabase, the database and authentication provider that powers Orquia. The app itself is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf to run the service — nothing more.
About AI generation
Orquia currently runs as a concierge service: plans are generated with AI and personally reviewed by the founder before they're delivered to you. To build your plan, your plan inputs — age, sex, height, weight, goal, activity level, diet style, and foods to avoid — are sent to Anthropic's Claude, the AI service that generates the plan, and are handled under Anthropic's privacy policy. Your email address is never included in what's sent to the AI. Your inputs are used only to build your plan.
Who we share it with
Only the providers named above — Supabase and Vercel to run the service, and Anthropic (Claude) to generate your plan — and only for those purposes. We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in (your authentication session). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights & deletion
Email our support address at jaydenrogel694@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete your data. On a deletion request we remove your account and personal data within 30 days.
Children
Orquia is for users 13 and older. If you're under 18, use Orquia with a parent or guardian's consent. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13 — if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes
We'll post any changes here and update the date above.
