Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
By using Orquia you agree to these terms. They're short — read them.
The service
Orquia creates personalized meal plans from the information you provide. Plans are generated with AI and personally reviewed by the founder before delivery — this means delivery is not instant. You submit a request, and your plan lands on your dashboard once it's been prepared and reviewed. Plans are suggestions for general wellness, not medical or professional dietary advice — see our Nutrition & Health Disclaimer.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Orquia. If you're under 18, use Orquia with a parent or guardian's consent.
- Sign-in is by email magic link. Keep access to your email secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Give us accurate information. The plans are only as good as your inputs.
Billing
Subscriptions and payments are not yet enabled. Nothing on Orquia charges money today, and no payment details are collected. We plan to offer paid subscriptions through a merchant-of-record payment provider (such as Lemon Squeezy). When billing launches, it will be announced with its own clear terms, pricing, and refund policy — you will never be charged without explicitly signing up for a paid plan.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse, scrape, resell, or attack the service. Don't submit false information or use Orquia to harm yourself or others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Our content
Meal plans delivered to you are yours to use personally. The Orquia software, brand, and design are ours.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to make plans useful, but we don't guarantee any specific health, weight, or fitness outcome. The service is provided "as is", and as an early-stage product it may change, pause, or have delays.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Orquia and its founder are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because the service is currently free, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us — which today is zero. If paid plans launch, liability will be limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms — we'll post the new date above. You can stop using Orquia at any time and request deletion of your data (see our Privacy Policy). We may end or change the service with reasonable notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala, where Orquia is operated from.
